A Service You Hope to Never Need

 You will often hear us respond when asked what business we are in, “one that we hope you never have to call” and that’s the truth. Earlier this month David Lesaffre was able to present to Arizona PRIMA members on “A Service You Hope to Never Need”.  He walked that attendees through the risks of mold, rodents, hoarding, meth labs, fentanyl, and blood spills.  It was emphasized that each of these issues needs to have a professional service with proper training, chemicals, PPE and machinery to properly remediate these hazards.  We sincerely do not want anyone to have to deal with these issues themselves and that’s why we continue to treat everyone with care and compassion while having our own emotional detachment from the issue because its not our home or loved one that was involved.

 When working in a home with a hoarding issue, T.A.C.T. 48 will go through and identify all food that has reached the expiration date and discard it.  With the new year, now is a great time for everyone to go through and check what is in your cupboards and throw out anything showing 2023.  This little act can help ensure your family’s safety going into the new year.
