April’s Month of Service

T.A.C.T. enjoys being able to participate in many community events year-round but in April we especially give back during the monthly long recognized Month of Service.  This year join or giveback for three different organizations over 5 events – Scottsdale Police Department’s Citizen’s Academy, Sun City Homeowner’s Association Day of Service and the Law Enforcement Torch Runs (LETR) for Arizona Special Olympics for City of Sedona, Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office, and a join event with Scottsdale Police Department and Tempe Police Department.  (This is in addition to the LETR events in March with West Valley agencies of Avondale, Wickenburg, Goodyear, El Mirage, Buckeye, Surprise & Peoria and another event with in with our downtown Phoenix Police departments.)

As Oscar Wilde is quoted as saying, “The smallest act of kindness is worth more than the grandest intention.”  These days of community service always leaves our team feeling amazing!

Why Experts Like T.A.C.T. Are Essential in Handling Bodily Fluid Cleanup

When it comes to biohazard remediation, especially the cleanup of bodily fluids, there is no room for shortcuts or store-bought solutions. Whether it’s the aftermath of a traumatic incident, unattended death, or hazardous contamination, the risks are real, and the stakes are high. That's why professional-grade chemicals and trained experts are not just preferred — they are absolutely essential!

All T.A.C.T. franchise throughout the nation use proprietary chemicals that are designed by chemists to meet the needs to potentially infectious materials (OPIM) from present bodily fluids such as blood, urine, feces and vomit.  Amazingly this is not the case with all companies in our industry. While over-the-counter cleaners that can be bought at the local hardware store may clean what the eye can see, but they fail to eliminate microscopic threats that pose long-term health risks.

All Emergency Reponse FirstResponders TACT TACT-AZ TACT48 TACTFtWorth TheLastResponders

This week, we recognize the incredible public safety telecommunicators—the calm, steady voices behind every 911 call. When emergencies unfold, these professionals are often the first first responders. They gather critical information, provide life-saving instructions, and coordinate police, fire, and EMS responses—often while managing intense stress and high-stakes situations most of us never see. Their work requires compassion, precision, resilience, and unwavering dedication. They don’t wear capes, but they are absolutely heroes. To every 911 dispatcher: thank you for answering the call, guiding people through their worst moments, and helping keep our communities safe—24/7, 365 days a year. Let’s take a moment this week to recognize and appreciate those who serve behind the scenes. #PublicSafetyTelecommunicatorsWeek #911Dispatchers #FirstResponders #PublicSafety #ThankYou
