We didn’t enter the biohazard remediation industry by accident. Our journey began with a personal need—one that required navigating an emotionally overwhelming situation while trying to understand an unfamiliar and urgent cleanup process. Being on the client side gave us a firsthand understanding of how confusing, stressful, and time-sensitive situations involving hoarding, biohazards, or estate properties can be.

Today, as the owners of T.A.C.T. 48, we bring a unique and deeply empathetic perspective to every biohazard remediation and hoarding cleanup project. We understand not only the physical work that must be done, but also the legal, emotional, and logistical challenges our clients face. Because of this experience, we have developed extensive, hands-on knowledge of working alongside probate, fiduciary, and estate counsel to ensure that estate property cleanouts and property restorations proceed smoothly.

We also recognize that financial concerns can be a significant barrier during these situations. While it may sound straightforward, addressing payment options early can make the difference between a stalled cleanup and a successfully sold property. In certain cases, T.A.C.T. 48 works with clients and their legal representatives to place a lien on a property, allowing the necessary biohazard remediation or hoarding cleanup to be completed, so the property can be sold and payment made at closing.

When a lien isn’t an option, we offer flexible financing solutions to help relieve immediate financial pressure. Our goal is always to remove obstacles—not add to them—so families, executors, and estate professionals can focus on what matters most.
